Bobst gravure printing machine
"Bobst late-model gravure printing machine" combines the cutting-edge technology of Bobst Italy and Bobst Switzerland. It adopts cold air adhesive coating, reverse printing and ink viscosity control technology. The maximum substrate width is 1,260mm and the speed is 350m/min. The printing color is realistic, clear and environmentally-friendly. The equipment is fully operative with computer monitoring and control, touch screen man-machine interface and high-precision and high-quality automatic overprinting and accident alarm adjustment system. Meanwhile, it realizes spot color printing to enhance the anti-counterfeiting function of packaging and thus provide customers with high-quality products.
Dry compounding machine
The mechanical speed of the compounding machine is 10-250m/min. The wide tension control range can meet the compounding of aluminum foil and paper-plastic products with thickness above 40um; the four-stage drying oven design meets the control requirements of solvent residue under high-speed compounding conditions.
Nordmec solvent-free compounding machine
The compounding substrate has a width of 1100-1300 mm. The maximum mechanical speed of compounding is 375 m/min. It is suitable for the compounding of two-layer or multi-layer substrates of roll-shaped plastic film, providing customers with a compounding selection of various materials.
High-speed fully automatic slitting machine
Due to the centralized control of PLC, it is highly automated. The maximum diameter of the finished slitting product is 800mm. It allows the passage of materials up to a width of 1300mm. The slitting width is 60-1,200mm. The slitting speed is 250m/min. After the slitting, the end face unevenness of the product is controlled to be ≤0.5 mm.
High speed fully automatic pouch making machine with various pouch types
It is a computer-controlled optical-mechanical-electrical-pneumatolytic integrated fully automatic, high-precision and high-speed vacuum packaging and high-temperature retort pouch bonding equipment. In addition to the conventional pouch sealing, it can also be used for the sealing of complex pouch types such as a snap-fastener pouch or a three-dimensional pouch.
